Terms of Use

By using No More Bets you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are short.

1. What the app is — and is not

No More Bets is a self-help program that supports habit change around gambling. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, counsellor, or crisis service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the app.

3. Subscriptions

• No More Bets Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription: yearly (with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers), 3-monthly, or monthly. Prices are shown in the app and vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

4. Community rules

The Community is anonymous and moderated by automatic filters and reports. You agree not to post amounts of money, links or contact details, gambling operators or tips, abuse, or anything that could act as a trigger for others. We may hide posts and suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a licence to store and display it inside the app (anonymously, where you choose to share) so the service can work.

6. Blocker and reminders

The Safari blocker and venue reminders are aids, not guarantees. They can be bypassed with other browsers or devices, and removing a block is intentionally delayed by 72 hours. You are responsible for your own choices.

7. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its services, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any gambling losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes and contact
